"Terrible communication does not return calls for days. Left voicemails and still had to call back to get a response. They didn’t return my call for days after I called and reported a claim of an accident. Think of that, you are in an accident and want to just report it and end the stressful incident, but you have to chase down your local State Farm agent to even finish the claim. They do nothing, but connect you to a phone based State Farm agent in a cube farm somewhere in the world. This type of service is obsolete with technology. Very disappointed that a “local” agent provides services in this way."
