I was immediately impressed by his professionalism accompanied by his warm and friendly demeanor. We discussed my current insurance coverage as well as options for any I might wish to consider adding. This was done in an informative manner with no pressure which I greatly appreciated. He also informed me about the safe driving program and its potential savings. His staff very kindl and patiently helped me to set it up which due to my limited tech skills was not something I could have accomplished on my own. Recently, I had a small problem with the program and sent him an email concerning the situation. His response was not only immediate, but he took the necessary steps to resolve the issue. I am very impressed and beyond satisfied with the service Brian has provided in his role as my agent. I also commend his staff for their kindness and helpfulness.
